MemoPart™Ventrikulärer Septum defekt (VSD) Okk luder ist ein selbst expandieren des Doppelscheiben-Nitinol-Netz verschluss gerät. Die 2 Scheiben sind durch eine kurze Taille verbunden, die der Defekt größe entspricht. Polyester gewebe ist sicher sewnto jede Scheibe, um die Okklusion zu sichern. Das Gerät ist unter Röntgen sichtbar.


Indikationen:

Für membranösen ventrikulären Septum defekt:

Das MemoPart™Der membranöse VSD-Okk luder wird zum minimal invasiven Transkatheter-Verschluss von peri membranösen ventrikulären Septum defekten verwendet.


For muscular' ventricular septal defect:

Das MemopartTM Muskulöser VSD-Okk luder ist für die folgenden medizinischen Indikationen indiziert:

1. Patient mit einem komplexen ventrikulären Septum defekt (VSD) von signifikanter Größe, der einen Verschluss rechtfertigt (großvolumiger Links-Rechts-Shunt, pulmonale Hypertonie und/oder klinische Symptome einer Herz insuffizienz).

2. Patienten, bei denen ein hohes Risiko für einen trans atrialen oder trans arteriellen Standard-chirurgischen Verschluss aufgrund anatomischer Zustände und/oder aufgrund des allgemeinen Gesundheits zustands besteht. Hochris iko anatomische Faktoren für den trans atrialen oder trans arteriellen chirurgischen Verschluss umfassen Patienten:

• Erforderliche linke Ventriculotomie oder eine ausgedehnte rechte Ventriculotomie.

• Mit einem fehl geschlagenen vorherigen VSD-Abschluss.

• Mit mehreren apikalen und/oder vorderen muskulösen VSDs („ Schweizer Käses eptum “).

• Mit posterioren apikalen VSDs, die von Trabekeln bedeckt sind.
